Between the balanced diet that needs to be emphasized is vegetables. Generally knowing, vegetables are important and very good for body health, mind and emotion.

- Good for children because it contains prebiotic which is an antigen (catalyst). By eating vegetables, children grow up healthy without any health problems like snails.
- Helps mind and emotions to calm down and improve your mind. For example, salad leaves containing carotene, fiber and water can help launch a respiratory system and reduce thirst.
